SmartScaleSync now supports Xiaomi scales! We can retrieve your weight, body fat, BMI, muscle mass, bone mass, water % and visceral fat index (plus basal metabolic rate and metabolic age if your scale reports them) from the Mi Fitness app, and send them onwards to any of our supported destination platforms.

The table below lists each destination and what we can send to it from Xiaomi.

How to set it up

  1. Create a SmartScaleSync account and open the settings page.
  2. Connect Garmin, Strava, Zwift, Intervals.icu or any of your other apps as weight destinations. You can connect as many as you like.
  3. Choose Xiaomi as your weight source and connect with your Mi Fitness email and password.
  4. If you start a SmartScaleSync membership ($1.58/month billed annually at $18.99, or $2.49 billed monthly), we will check your Mi Fitness account on a frequent basis and upload any new weigh-ins to your linked destinations.

Things to know

  • Our Xiaomi connection works with the Mi Fitness app. Xiaomi Home isn't supported yet but we are looking for users to help develop the integration.
