How to set it up

  1. Create a SmartScaleSync account and open the settings page.
  2. Connect Garmin, Strava, Zwift, Intervals.icu or any of your other apps as weight destinations. You can connect as many as you like.
  3. Choose Renpho as your weight source, click "Connect to Renpho" and enter your Renpho email and password. (Note: Login with Apple/Google is not supported. To create a password for your account, log out of the Renpho app, then go through the Renpho app "Forgot password" flow.)
  4. If you start a SmartScaleSync membership ($1.58/month billed annually at $18.99, or $2.49 billed monthly), we will check your Renpho account on a frequent basis and upload any new weigh-ins to your linked destinations.

Things to know

  • The Renpho app only allows one active session at a time, so you will find that you have to login to the Renpho app more often. Ticking "Remember password" on the Renpho login screen saves time.
