How to set it up

  1. Create a SmartScaleSync account and open the settings page.
  2. Connect Garmin, Strava, Zwift, Intervals.icu or any of your other apps as weight destinations. You can connect as many as you like.
  3. Choose Hume as your weight source, click "Connect to Hume" and enter your Hume email, password and timezone. (Note: Login with Apple/Google is not supported. To create a password for your account, log out of the Hume app, choose "Sign in with Email", then go through the Hume app "Forgot Password" flow.) Timezone is required because it's not provided by Hume and some destinations require it.
  4. If you start a SmartScaleSync membership ($1.58/month billed annually at $18.99, or $2.49 billed monthly), we will check your Hume account on a frequent basis and upload any new weigh-ins to your linked destinations.
